Return Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after inspection (typically within 3–5 working days).
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem.
Your first exchange is FREE (UK only).
We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive and check your return.
Any additional exchanges will incur a £2.99 return shipping fee.
